Invitation For Consultant To Work On The Design Development And Implementation Of Building And Interior Renovation For Kehati Foundation’s New Office

KEHATI Foundation invites consultants/contractors for the design development and implementation of building and interior renovation of KEHATI Foundation’s New Office located at Jl. Benda Alam I No. 73, RT.1/RW.4, Cilandak Timur, Kec. Ps. Minggu, Jakarta Selatan, to be KEHATI’s new office.
This office is currently still in the form of 1,468 m2 land with + 715 m2 building on top of it, which will be developed and renovated into a representative and green-nuanced office.
Consultancy or construction service companies interested to participate in the tender must send a letter of interest by Friday, 9 July 2021, at 16.00, by attaching:
- Company Profile and the company’s legal documents (Business License/SIUP, Tax Identification Number/NPWP, certification, etc.);
- List of experts along with their CVs and attachment of proof of competence of the proposed experts;
- Example of 3 best portfolios carried out by the participant (design and pictures of the work).
